The Sales Manager is responsible for selling Veraz solutions to Tier 1 and 2 carriers in wireline, wireless and Isp space. The Sales Managers duties also include working with solution partners and channels to win new business while expanding and managing existing accounts. |
| Experience/Skills: |
The right candidate will have a minimum of 5+ years selling experience and will have experience in demonstrating sales success closing business with the telecommunications/service provider market. The candidate will also have experience selling VoIP, C4 and C5 switches as well as applications solutions. Customer contacts leverage within the Tier 1, 2 and 3 carrier markets, wireless and wireline carries will be an advantage. A good level of understanding of VoIP technology and its applications is necessary. |

Job Summary: |
The Maintenance Services Engineer will provide the highest levels of support to Veraz customers in Brazil while resolving complex problems. Intense work with internal and external interfaces as well as involvement in online, email and phone/on-site support for Veraz Network product lines is required. Job duties include: follow up on tickets and HW replacements, coordination of weekly calls with the customers, maintain the ticktesusing the Oracle based CRM, generate and distribute reports and involvement in field activities. Internal work interfaces include the following: Project Management, R&D, Product Support, Marketing & Plm and the Commercial department. External work interfaces include the following: Customers, Veraz support offices, third party vendors\partners. Ability to travel extensively is required. |

| Experience/Skills: |
A minimum of 1-2 years customer support experience is preferred. The right candidate will have solid communication skills and a strong customer service approach. Solid background and knowledge with the following boundaries: signaling Protocols(Ss7, Pri, Cas), TDM Telephony, Ip Networking, VoIP Protocols (H.323, Sip, Mgcp, H.248), Unix, SQL. Relevant experience of 2+ years at a global organization. Knowledge of soft switches or media gateways is an advantage. Fluent English and Portuguese (reading and writing) is a prerequisite, Spanish is useful but not required. We are looking for a candidate with strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team setting. Knowledge of CRM Systems would be appreciated but not required. The capabality to be self-taught is important. Dedication and diligence are key traits in a candidate. |

The PSE group provides highly skilled personnel that are well versed in both Engineering and installation technology. PSE’s are required to work closely with the other departments that provide traditional support (“pre” or “post” sales and project management to the customers). The following is a list of the responsibilities that the PSE is required to perform. New project deployment, using information gathered by the project management, network design and architecture group, the PSE will be offering several vital services. On-Site customer managed service, the PSE may be designated for managed services to Veraz Brazil customers. Trials, the PSE team will coordinate with the Sales, Engineering and Project Management to manage: Trial test plan preparation, Trial test platform staging, etc. Trade Show Demos, the PSE team will coordinate with Marketing and the Business Development group to set up Trade Show Demos including demonstrating the solution to the potential customers. Product Staging Support, staging services focus on the hardware, firmware and software components of network infrastructure and includes assisting installers by assuring networking components arrive preconfigured and tested, where and when they are needed. Technical Analysis, before products enter the staging lab, a PSE staging engineer performs a high level, pre-integration review. Documentation and Configuration Validation. Component audit, assembly, burn-in and test. Configuration and Testing, perform a series of diagnostic tests to ensure that the results match the criteria outlined in the statement of work (Sow). Packaging and shipping. Ability to travel extensively, <40%. |

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years experience in designing, implementing and supporting voice telephony deployments (tradition TDM and VoIP) with both vendor experience and service provider background. Must have experience in class #4 & #5 switching environments and strong skills in SS7, ISDN TCP/IP and VoIP Protocols (SIP & H.323). Prior switch experience highly desired. Strong customer relations skills are required. |
