In addition, this course explains routing and digit rules features of the ControlSwitch.

| Prerequisites: |
Familiarity with IP Networking, TDM basics, Telephony and VoIP principles. Basic understanding of SS#7, ISDN, MGCP, H.323 and SIP.

| Certification: |
Participant will be granted certification to perform provisioning, basic routing configuration, basic operation and maintenance needed for routine operation of the ControlSwitch.
