Training and Certification Program

Veraz operates Global training centers for all lines of products. These Training centers are equipped with the latest Veraz products and state-of-the-art training labs to simulate on-site environments. Our Training centers provide comprehensive product and industry training courses, which combine theory and hands-on practice.

Our courses address the needs of different target audiences involved in the various stages of operating our systems: from system operators to network administrators, and awards them with different certification levels, ranging from Basic and Advanced to Expert.

These courses provide a combined solution of both theory and hands-on training in the operation of the Veraz systems. Students will leave the class with the knowledge required to perform basic operation and maintenance functions of the products, and basic troubleshooting. In addition to product knowledge, the Veraz certification program provides the participants with the basic knowledge required to participate in the course. This pre-assigned knowledge (such as basic routing, protocol training etc.) is provided via eLearning programs and exams.

Participants who complete the Advanced courses will gain a high level of skills, expertise and knowledge of the specific Veraz products. The knowledge they gain will greatly enhance their ability to perform advanced maintenance and troubleshooting procedures, as well as other specialty functions such as advanced reporting and routing.

Graduates of the Advanced courses will be equipped to deal with the most complex problems that may arise. This will allow them to become the in-house specialist, which will greatly reduce the need to receive assistance from Veraz technical support.

The Expert Certification is only given to customers’ representatives that successfully passed the advanced courses requisites. The advanced courses are divided into the following topics:
